France Deutschland Development is the union of three French-speaking active stakeholders who have been present in Germany for over 10 years and cover the entire real estate spectrum: from searching for plots of land or property to construction and renovation, including consulting services, management and sale of assets.

Arnaud Schott – ADEN Immo GmbH

A former consultant (at PwC Consulting and IBM BCS), Arnaud founded ADEN Immo in 2009, a real estate agency specialising in helping French-speaking clients navigate the property market in Berlin. Its focus is on sales and lettings of flats and the acquisition and sale of real estate in Berlin as well as East Germany (Leipzig, Dresden, Halle).
Arnaud is also member of the DFWK office in Berlin (Franco-German Economic Centre).
Laurent Herms – LH Real Estate GmbH
Partner
As a Franco-German and native Berliner, Laurent has an outstanding network in the world of real estate, especially in Berlin and the most important cities in Germany.
After studying architecture, Laurent specialised in the development of shopping centres and then in new residential property (Bauwert). Laurent then moved into real estate development before becoming an investor himself and the owner of several assets in Berlin and Brandenburg.
Nicolas Retournard – under construction GmbH

Nicolas started in real estate development with Nacarat before taking part in the international development of the Rabot Dutilleul Group, first in Prague, then in London, then by creating a German subsidiary of the Group in Berlin.
In 2020, Nicolas created his own company, ‘under construction’, which specialises in project management for projects ranging from the renovation of flats to the construction of new buildings.
Nicolas is also a French Foreign Trade Advisor in Germany, as well as the founder and moderator of the FICB (Francophiles de l’Immobilier et de la Construction à Berlin; Francophiles of Real Estate and Construction in Berlin).
